宜蘭市黎明社區

黎明社區位於宜蘭市東南方向，因位居東方日出之所而得名。本區地勢低窪常有水患，自美福大排興建後改善。舊河道則稱「舊港」，先民種植穗花棋盤腳護河床，搭配壓艙石烏石板而成特色。近年發展友善耕作，並以社區團體通過友善農業推廣團體認證。鄰近都會區的良善土地管理提供了美好的環境機能，透過本次計畫進行社區人文地產景的資源調查，並藉由踏查小旅行和公民審議會議，提出社區願景計畫。

Yilan’s Liming Community

Situated in southeastern Yilan City, Liming Community gets its name, which means dawn, because it is located to the east and is first to see the sunrise. This is a low-lying area, so the community has seen its share of flooding. Construction of the Meifu Flood Control Channel improved the situation considerably. The old waterway was called Jiugang. Early residents planted freshwater mangrove to protect the riverbed and these along with ballast stone planks have become local characteristics. In recent years, locals have developed eco-friendly farming and a community group has received certification as an eco-friendly farming promotion team. Good land management in neighboring urban areas provides the community with a wonderful environment. As part of this project, the community performed a resource inventory of the local culture, land, industry and landscape. Following community excursions and citizen review meetings, residents proposed a community vision plan.
