節慶團隊接待

最在地的國際文化交流:宜蘭童玩節親善接待團隊
享譽國際的宜蘭國際童玩藝術節，活動期間皆會邀請許多國外團隊來台表演，為了展現宜蘭人的好客之情，以及宣揚宜蘭在地特色，讓來自世界各地的表演團隊及藝師有賓至如歸的感受，認識宜蘭在地的民俗文化、生態環境，歷年來文化局都結合學校、民間社團、社區的力量，徵選親善接待團隊，陪伴這些國外團隊。
2018年社區夥伴也積極加入親善接待的行列，包含大二結、內城、白米、珍珠、冬瓜山、林美、東岳及結頭份等，共八個具特色、有接待經驗之縣內社區擔任接待工作，接待廿七個國外表演團隊941人次，內容包括宜蘭傳統民俗體驗學習活動、社區及鄰近著名景點參訪，以及相關DIY體驗或互動活動，當然也少不了社區特色美食，讓國外友人體驗、認識宜蘭在地風土民情，同時讓社區民眾藉著交流，認識陪伴對象的國家及生活文化，拓展國際視野。宜蘭社造軟實力也能夠成為國民外交及國際文化交流的在地實踐。

Children’s Festival reception team

The most local international cultural exchange: Yilan International Children's Folklore & Folkgame Festival Goodwill Reception Team
During the internationally-renowned Yilan International Children's Folklore & Folkgame Festival, organizers invite groups from around the world to perform in Taiwan. To welcome our guests and promote the unique characteristics of Yilan, visiting performance groups and artists from all over the world are made to feel at home as they learn about local folk culture and Yilan’s vibrant ecosystems. Each year, the Cultural Affairs Bureau of Yilan County has looked to schools, local organizations, and communities to recruit Goodwill Reception Teams to accompany these visiting groups.
In 2018, community partners actively joined in the goodwill reception teams. Eight unique communities within Yilan County with experience in hosting visitors, Daerjie, Neicheng, Baimi, Zhenzhu, Dongguashan, Linmei, Dongyue, and Jietoufen, helped to welcome 941 people from 27 visiting performance groups. Experiences included Yilan traditional folk activities, tours of communities and neighboring attractions, and related DIY and interactive activities. Of course, famous foods from each community were on the menu. Visitors from overseas experienced Yilan’s local customs, while community members also learned about their guests’ home countries and cultures to expand their horizons. The soft power of Yilan’s community development efforts can help promote diplomacy on a person-to-person level and facilitate international cultural exchange.
