宜蘭以文化作為地方全球化的在地行動，讓硬體設施蘊含豐富的地方文化元素，除了政府遠見，民間旺盛的社區能量，支撐起宜蘭經驗與宜蘭價值的底蘊，也讓宜蘭家園的永續成為可能。 宜蘭社區運動能量展現在社區總體營造的政策脈絡，邁入25年的宜蘭社造已茁壯成大樹，為了後雪隧時代的永續，我們不斷回頭檢討，適度疏枝整土，不忘以「人」為本的初衷，一起「開心」做社造。 宜蘭永續家園的社區運動，是台灣地方時代崛起的寫照。為讓更多朋友認識宜蘭社造進程與成果，特別舉辦本展覽，展示包含宜蘭縣社造軌跡、社區面面觀、社區日曆、社造3.0計畫及社區影跡等，並期待大家回到自己的社區，一起營造宜居、宜學、宜遊的美好家園行動！

Yilan, my beautiful home

By emphasizing Yilan's own local heritage and preserving our communities' unique cultural elements, we are preparing our home for a global world. In addition to a government with vision, the overwhelming energy of these communities helps to support Yilan's experiences and value, while making sustainable livability possible in Yilan.
The power of the Yilan community movements appears in local comprehensive community building policies. The seeds of community building planted 25 years ago have since grown into sturdy trees. To achieve sustainability in the post-Hsuehshan Tunnel era, we must continually look back and make appropriate adjustments to our policies. We must maintain a people-oriented focus as we build our communities together.
The movement to create a sustainable home in Yilan is a snapshot of the emergence of a local consciousness in areas throughout Taiwan. The goal of this exhibition is to share Yilan's community building process and achievements with more people through exhibits that include: Trajectory of Yilan Community Development, A Survey of Yilan Community, Yilan Community Calendar, Community Development 3.0 Project, and Community Videos. When people return to their own communities, they will be inspired to create a wonderful home in which to live, learn, and sightsee in their own backyards!
