Conclusion

永續後雪隧時代的宜蘭社區家園

宜蘭社區營造的歷程，也是一種宜蘭社區運動的軌跡，發自於對追求永續家園的根基，文化立縣開啟宜蘭全面的社區營造風潮。
宜蘭社造是多樣化的社區運動。社區日曆18年來的基礎資源盤點與社區共學，累積一本本捨不得撕的寶貝日曆；社區紀錄片持續記錄與提供第三視角，累積龐大社區音像；面對產業沒落社區開啟地方創生；面對老化社區肩負起社會照顧；面對重大災難與民主社會運動也都有宜蘭社區強力動員互助。宜蘭社區家園守護運動已三十多年，伴隨著社區總體營造政策，綻放社區能量。
本展覽由宜蘭社區夥伴共同完成，不僅呈現社造成果，也擘劃2050社區願景。期待宜蘭社造經驗持續，形成更高的社區公民意識，由社區文化公民支撐起更民主與多元的公民社會。

Conclusion

Sustainable Yilan communities in the post-Hsuehshan era

The process of Yilan community development is an extension of the Yilan’s community movement and was founded on building a sustainable lifestyle. Culture-oriented development launched a wave of comprehensive community development in Yilan.
Yilan community development is a multifaceted movement. Over the past 18 years, resource surveys and community education undertaken as part of the community calendar have resulted in a precious record of local life you will want to revisit long after the year is over. Community documentaries record local life and provide a different perspective, while accumulating a treasure trove of images. Facing a decline in local industry, these communities have begun the process of placemaking. As the population ages, communities are taking on elder care responsibilities. In the face of major disasters and democratic social movements, Yilan communities have mobilized to provide assistance. The Yilan community protection movement already has more than 30 years of history. Together with comprehensive community development, these two campaigns have unleashed the energy of local communities.
This exhibition is only possible with the help of our Yilan community partners. Not only have these communities shared with us their past successes, but also laid out their visions for 2050. We expect these community development programs to continue, thereby creating a stronger sense of citizenship. Community cultural citizenship will support a more democratic and diverse civil society.
