三星鄉尾塹社區

尾塹社區位於蘭陽平原三角形的正中心，三星鄉行政區域的東北角，宜蘭三星蔥發源地。尾塹地區過去以學子弟戲(北管)為娛樂，有「尾塹愛做戲」俗諺。境內歪仔歪橋是太平山林業五分車歷史景點，衍生出跳枕木、給火車追和火車讓行扛棺木等故事。透過本計畫成立願景推動小組、辦理社區願景工作坊提出社區發展願景，舉辦社區小旅行，更讓在地居民實地踏查並提出意見回饋，調整願景計畫的執行。

Sanxing Township’s Weiqian Community

Weiqian Community is located right in the center of the triangular Lanyang Plain, which is in the northeastern corner of Sanxing Township, the origin of Yilan's renowned Sanxing green onions. In the old days, traditional Beiguan music was the favored art form of Weiqian Community residents. The narrow-gauge railway that once served the Taipingshan forestry industry used to travel across Waizaiwai Bridge located in Weiqian. This industry gave birth to many local stories and pastimes. Through this program, a vision promotion team was established and community vision promotion workshops were held to define resident visions for the community’s future. Community excursions were held so residents could perform field investigations and provide input regarding the implementation of related projects.
