蘇澳鎮大坑罟社區

大坑罟社區位在蘭陽平原南端的蘇澳鎮海岸，和頭城鎮的大坑罟系出同源，因發展需要才分散兩地。諺語「大坑罟臭魚脯」描寫早年社區牽罟捕魚產業的歷史。社區內有古水井及七星嶺黑頁岩建造的石頭壁茨，且以牽罟作為入口意象，呼應聚落的發展歷程。為使大坑罟的海洋聚落特色更加落實，希望透過本計畫重新擾動社區促進居民參與度，並透過在地居民的公民審議式會議討論，擬定社區願景。

Su’ao Township’s Dakenggu Community

Dakenggu Community is located along the coast in Su’ao Township at the southernmost edge of the Lanyang Plain. It shares the same origins as Dakenggu in Toucheng, but was split off from the original settlement to meet developmental needs. An old saying goes that Dakenggu smells of dried fish, which vividly echoes the area’s early history of seine fishing from neighboring waters. The community is home to an ancient well and a building constructed of Qixingling black shale, which features a representation of a seine net at its entrance that echoes the settlement’s history. In order to more concretely highlight Dakenggu’s fishing village characteristics, the community hopes to use this project to promote resident participation and democratically develop a shared vision for the future.
